Emergency Medicine Physician Northeast Oregon

• Hospital employed practice seeks a BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician to join their team
• Salary: $405,000+ includes quality incentives up to $50k, RVU bonus based on annual threshold (their providers are on pace to achieve the threshold)
• Join five full-time physicians, and two full-time Nurse Practitioners in their Level IV Trauma Center
• 71 twenty-four-hour shifts per year (.81 FTE)
• Roughly six 24-hour shifts per month
• NP/PA support during peak hours (10a-10p)
• Patient volume: Approximately 34-38 patients per 24-hour shift
• About 13,000 visits annually
• Population: 35,000
