Vascular/Interventional Radiologist, locum tenens, inpatient, 100% onsite in Louisville, KY. Schedule: Mon–Fri 8am–5pm with weekday and weekend call (1:4). Start April 2026; ongoing assignment. - Board certification in Radiology (required)
- Pediatric IR experience and comfort with liver/kidney biopsies, abscess drains, LPs, GT/GJ exchanges, nephrostomy tubes
- Active medical license or ability to obtain state license quickly
- Prior IR call experience and working with McKesson/PACS
- Locums-ready credentials (Axuall or rapid credentialing)

This is a 100% on-site Interventional Radiology role, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with both weekday and weekend call. Procedure volume ranges up to 6 cases per day. Additional Job Details Case Load/PPD: up to 6 procedures per day Support Staff: other MDs working Patient Population: Peds Call Ratio/Schedule: 1:4 | Weekday and Weekend call Location Type: On-Site Government: No Procedures: liver and kidney biopsies, abscess drains, LPs (chemo & spinraza), GT/GJ exchanges, and neph tubes.
