A leading healthcare provider in Toms River, NJ is seeking aboard-certified or board-eligible Neonatologistto join a dynamic and growing neonatal team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to newborns in a collaborative, community-based hospital environment.
Position Highlights:
Provide inpatient neonatal care at Community Medical Center and participate in cross-coverage at a Level IV NICU in New Brunswick as needed.
Mentor and support advanced practice providers, neonatal fellows, residents, and other healthcare team members.
Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration and communication to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in departmental research and educational initiatives.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Additional clinical coverage may be required through extra shifts or at affiliated sites.
Candidate Requirements:
Board certified or board eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
Fellowship training in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
Eligible for medical licensure in New Jersey.
Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Compensation and Benefits:
Anticipated salary range:$265,000 to $379,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
