Registered Nurse - RN Med Surg | Registered Nurse - RN in Fort Defiance, AZ
LeaderStat is currently seeking a Registered Nurse - RN with Med Surg | Registered Nurse - RN experience for a(n) 13 week contract in AZ.
Start Date: 12/29/2025
End Date: 3/30/2026
Shift: 12-Hour Night shift. Typical schedule is 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next, plus up to 1 on-call shift/week. Must be flexible and open to days, weekends, and holidays as needed. Maximum of two (2) Shift Call offs.
- Minimum of 18 months experience working as a full-time Registered Nurse
- Clinical experience within the last 2 years
- Current State Licensure
- Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc)
