Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Oncology position on a night shift with an active NC or compact license and ONC Chemotherapy certification required.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital-based Med/Surg Oncology/Women's unit
- Night shift from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
- 13-week assignment
- Patient population includes oncology and women's health cases
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology and women's health patients
- Complete documentation and participate in interdisciplinary care planning
- Training or orientation details will be provided upon assignment
Requirements
- Active NC or compact RN license required
- Minimum of one year recent oncology nursing experience
- ONC Chemotherapy certification required
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross certifications accepted, not expiring within the first 30 days
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
