Pay:
$25 – $45/hr depending on license/experience

What You’ll Do:
- Upgrade & Install: Execute service upgrades, utility meter moves, and install solar-related electrical equipment, wiring, and devices—all while adhering to safety and code standards.
- Lead the Charge: Provide technical expertise and guidance to installation crews, ensuring top-notch workmanship and safety on every project.
- Team Player: Assist with staging materials and site prep, maintaining a clean, organized job site.
- Document Success: Complete project documentation, including photos and equipment diagrams, and submit promptly.
- Communicate Effectively: Interact professionally with customers, inspectors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to company policies regarding vehicle care and safety guidelines.
Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- License Required: A valid State Electrical License.
- Code Knowledge: Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) in residential settings.
- Experience Preferred: Previous residential solar experience is a plus, but we’re eager to train motivated licensed electricians!
- Mechanical Skills: Comfort with tools and physical tasks, including climbing and lifting (40-50 lbs).
- Clean Record: A clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
