Wage: $17.00 - $21.00/hour
Shift: 2nd
Hours: 2:00pm - 12:30am (Monday - Thursday)

Bindery / Finishing Specialist Responsibilities:
- Operate bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, collators, stitchers, laminators, shrink wrappers, and perfect binders
- Perform finishing tasks including folding, trimming, scoring, perforating, padding, drilling, and binding
- Assist with inserting and tabbing jobs for direct mail production
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform minor maintenance
- Communicate job status and potential issues to supervisors and team members
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Requirements for Bindery / Finishing Specialist:
- Previous experience in bindery / finishing
- Knowledge of good departmental and company safety, housekeeping and PPE practices
- Knowledge of terminology, job flow, job tickets and compliance with quality standards for the press area
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer knowledge
