Nurse Practitioner - (Wound care) - New Graduates accepted -Burlington, VT

Job Type: Full-Time

Facility: Outpatient clinic

Shifts: Monday to Thursday from 9 to 5 and Friday from 9 to 1

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including health histories and physical examinations.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans for patients with complex wound care needs.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests related to wound care. Also, prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate.

• Perform wound debridement, dressings, and other advanced wound care procedures.

• Utilize evidence-based protocols and guidelines for wound management.

• Monitor and document the progress of wound healing, adjusting care plans as necessary.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in nursing as a Nurse Practitioner

• State VT license

• Experience in Wound care specialty
