This position involves providing periodic and mental health assessments for reserve service members through the Reserve Health Readiness Program. The role requires travel to various event locations, weekend availability, and adherence to DoD protocols and documentation standards. Candidates must hold a medical degree or relevant certifications and maintain an active license along with basic life support certification.
QTC Management is a contracted medical group through the Department of Defense (DoD). Our goal is to contract providers to perform one-time readiness examinations, for our countrys service members on reserve, through our Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP-3) line of business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performing Periodic Health Assessments (PHA) & Mental Health Assessments (MHA) for Service Members
Complete all required forms via QTC Health Services portal in their entirety, and in accordance with RHRP IT System and accompanying special instructions
Weekend availability is required
Travel to Event Location will be required (Travel is coordinated by QTC Health Services)
Providers must be courteous and demonstrate professionalism towards the person being examined or assessed and sensitivity to his/her unique circumstances.)
Education:
Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic
Nurse practitioner (ANCC-AANPCB certified)
Physician assistant (NCCPA certified)
A current certification in basic life support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)
Active license is required in the state where the event exams are conducted
