Nursery is Level 1; Critical newborns are transferred west to Fayetteville (30 miles) or southeast to Wilmington (60 miles). Call Schedule: Shared call; Expectation of 7 days/month including 1 required weekend. Hospital Support: Strong hospitalist team with excellent leadership. 24/7 on-call anesthesiology and radiology support.
