Details of Assignment:
Monday through Friday, 7am-3pm
Call is on nights. No weekends. 20 minute beeper call. Schedule is every 4th night.
CRNAs are supervised by MDs
Cases: Endo, Peds, Urology, ENT, General, Oral, Ortho, Vascular, Spinals, blocks, and epidurals with case logs required
Credentialing timeline: 60-90 days unless clean background and active and unrestricted Arizona license. Temps allowed.
