Schedule Mon–Fri 8–5; daily patient load ~25; outpatient clinical call 1:5. Location: Central Texas (≈90 min from Dallas). Position: permanent. - ABA board certified or board eligible - ACGME pain/interventional fellowship - Eligible for Texas medical licensure - Competent in RFA, IA joint injections, implants, SCS, discograms - Experience managing <50 MME/day and procedure‑driven caseload
