Travel Nursing Job Details

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 12/29/2025 – End: 3/30/2026)
• Location: Claremont, New Hampshire – New Hampshire nursing jobs
• Setting: Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 36 hours per week
• Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
• Patient Population: Newborn to Geriatric
• RN/Patient Ratio: 5:1 (Med/Surg), 3:1–4:1 (higher acuity PCU)
• Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,990 - $2,130

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA) required
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in PCU, Med/Surg, and Telemetry nursing
• Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and basic dysrhythmia interpretation
• Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience in rural or small healthcare facilities preferred
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Must have own vehicle for assignment
• Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility (per travel nurse guidelines)

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care across Med/Surg, Telemetry, and PCU units
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, respond to changes in patient condition, and implement appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide patient and family education and support throughout the care process
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
