Alina Telehealth is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Endocrinologist to provide flexible, low-volume telehealth consultations from anywhere in the U.S.
This position offers a balanced schedule, minimal call load, and full malpractice coverage ideal for physicians seeking flexibility without sacrificing impact or professional engagement.

• Flexible daytime consult coverage between 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (PT)

• Rotating weekly schedule (typically one week of coverage at a time)

• No overnight calls or hospital rounds

• Provide tele-consultations for pediatric endocrinology patients via secure telehealth platforms

• Manage both scheduled and curbside consults with light call volume

• Review patient cases, offer clinical recommendations, and coordinate follow-up care

• Document consultations and recommendations using Epic EMR

• Curbside consults: 3 5 per week

• Regular consults: 2 3 per week

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology

• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license

• Comfortable providing telehealth consultations and documenting in Epic EMR
