Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN with a NM or compact license for a Med/Surg Tele position with a night shift schedule and Med/Surg experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital setting on a Medical Surgical Combination unit
• Night shift schedule from 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Care for a mixed med/surg and telemetry patient population
• Responsible for delivering patient care to Med/Surg and telemetry patients on a combination unit
• Must not have any permanent employment with the client system in the last year
• Travelers must not live within a 60-mile radius of the facility

Requirements

• Active NM or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years recent Med/Surg Tele experience required
• Certifications must be AHA-approved, RQI certifications are not accepted
• Must provide Social Security number and date of birth for consideration
• COVID vaccination card required
• Cannot have worked as perm staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Not eligible if employed elsewhere full-time
• Permanent address must be at least 60 miles from the facility
