Seeking a highly organized and proactive Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to support a busy interventional physiatrist in both clinical and procedural settings. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates excellent clinical judgment, communicates clearly with patients and staff, and is comfortable balancing independence with strong teamwork. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a physician performing advanced interventional pain procedures, with a strong focus on efficiency, patient outcomes, and high-quality care.

• 100% Outpatient
• Standard office hours (Mon Thurs. / 8 am - 5 pm; Fri. 8 am noon)
• Protected administrative time (4 hours per week)
• Call schedule - minimal and rarely- we are called twice a year
• Support Staff: Dedicated Pain Management nurse, PAs, and experienced surgical teams
• Cerner EMR
• Average Patient Volume: 15-20 patients per day
• Demographics: Primarily teen to adult patients with a range of Pain Management issues.
• Minimal medication management and interventional focused! They are involved in office procedures as well which is an exciting highlight; specifically list trigger point injections and peripheral joints.
• Visit types: Initial consultations, pre-operative planning, post-operative follow-ups, and management of pain management scope of practice issues advised with care plan of supervising physician.
• Procedures: in office bread and butter

Experience Required:

• 3+ years of clinical experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurosurgery, or another procedural specialty strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage patients independently and support procedural workflows
• Prior exposure to interventional joint and/or spine procedures highly valued
