Must have 2 yrs in L&D as RN. RNs Circulate only, Scrub is optional if they have that experience. Must have some experience with 1000+ deliveries/yr facility & high-risk deliveries. Travelers can offer to pick up on-call; it is not required. Must be living within 30 min of hospital to take on-call shift Certs: BLS, ACLS, NRP, Intermediate AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Ratios:6-7 RNs per shift, could be 1:1 or 1:3
