Job Title: Medical Director/Primary CareLocation: Lancaster, NHSalary: $290k-315kWe have an exciting new full-time / permanent opportunity for an experienced Medical Director Primary Care with one of our leading healthcare facilities in Lancaster New Hampshire. The staff at this facility are dedicated to improving quality of care, increasing customer / patient satisfaction, and empowered to be more effective in their work.
Requirements:- Physician Licensed by the State of New Hampshire
- Demonstrates the ability to perform the technical skills and critical thinking outlined in the performance standards
- Must be COVID vaccinated
- At least 2 years admin experience
Physician Workload: Payer mix 35% Medicare, 15% Medicaid, 35% Commercial, balance is other Age distribution pediatric to geriatric, high elderly population in area Patients per day Average 20-24 for full day office visits 28 hours direct patient care out of Lancaster office, 9 hours Med Dir admin hours, and 3 practice admin hours.
Pay and Benefits:- Pay: $285,000-$310,000 (depending on experience)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (8a-5p with flexibility)
- Relocation: Relocation assistance of up to $9,000 rental assistance for first 6 months (taxable), up to $10,000 of moving assistance.
