Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with at least 2 years of experience and current ARRT, IEMA, and BLS certifications.
Responsibilities
- Work in an interventional radiology unit
- Perform specialized radiographic procedures to assist physicians during interventional procedures
- 10-hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Assist in preparation of patients and maintenance of a sterile procedure environment
- Monitor patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Navigate and maintain patient records
- Work under direct supervision of higher-level personnel
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in interventional radiology
- Current ARRT certification required
- IEMA certification required prior to start; candidates must apply within 24 hours of offer
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- Comprehensive work history with no employment gaps
- Current skills checklist and references required for consideration
- License required if applicable
