Job Description
Seeking a Level II NICU registered nurse to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care to neonates in a high-acuity environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and provide nursing care for neonates in the NICU.
- Administer medications and perform procedures such as arterial line management and ventilator management.
- Utilize EPIC for documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including respiratory services and pharmacy.
- Adhere to isolation precautions and care protocols for neonates.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 1.5 years of NICU experience required.
- Current certifications in BLS and NRP.
- Experience with neonatal dosing, feeding, and line management.
- Ability to manage patients with Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome and other complex conditions.
