Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in additive manufacturing technologies, is seeking a dedicated CNC Machine Operator to join their dynamic team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting innovative production processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within this forward-thinking organization.
Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Location: Rural Hall, NC
Pay Range: $31/hr
Shift: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
What's the Job?
- Operate and maintain additive manufacturing machines such as EOS M290, EOS M400-4, and Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing robotic welding equipment
- Keep accurate records of manufacturing processes using SAP and other systems
- Manage consumables and ensure proper inventory levels for manufacturing equipment
- Perform cross-training in manual machining, including lathe and mill operations
- Conduct hand finishing, inspection, and measurement of parts to ensure quality standards
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 3 years vocational training with 4-8 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic workshop tools
- Knowledge of milling, turning, welding, and bench skills; valid driver’s license required
