Key Responsibilities: Perform patient assessments and reassessments; make independent clinical decisions Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care Educate patients and families throughout care and at discharge Delegate tasks, mentor staff, and promote teamwork Participate in quality improvement and comply with regulatory standards Schedule & Requirements: Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM Call: 7 days every 6 weeks (including 3 weekend days) Required: BLS, ACLS, minimum 2 years RN experience Experience needed in Orthopedics, General Surgery, OB/GYN, Eyes, and Spine
