Position OverviewOptigy is seeking a Board-Certified Diagnostic and Interventional Radiologist for a locum opportunity in Hudson, FL. This role includes a blend of general diagnostic reads and interventional procedures within a busy, high-performing healthcare setting. The position offers a weekday schedule with rotating call and competitive hourly compensation.
RequirementsActive Florida medical license and DEA
Board Certified in Radiology
Proficient in both diagnostic and interventional radiology
Comfortable interpreting a broad range of modalities including CT, MRI, and ultrasound
Must be able to perform all IR procedures on-site (procedure list available)
Clean background required for temporary privileges
ResponsibilitiesPerform a mix of diagnostic reads and interventional procedures
Maintain a minimum productivity expectation of 45 RVUs per shift
Collaborate with technologists and clinical staff to ensure efficient imaging operations
Provide accurate and timely interpretations using PowerScribe 4.0 and RPCE tech systems
Participate in the on-call rotation and holiday coverage as assigned
Position DetailsSchedule: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM 4:30 PM EST
On-call: Yes (Q4 rotation)
Holidays: 7 main holidays (remote on-call coverage)

Trauma Level: II
Overtime: Daily after 9 hours; Weekly after 168 hours
Telehealth: No
Credentialing Timeline: 90 days (temporary privileges available for clean files)
