About the Role
The Video Team is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project-Based Video Producer to provide critical production support during Q1. While your core expertise is video editing, this role requires significant hands-on assistance with live and virtual events to ensure a seamless flow of content generation. This is a crucial, short-term contract focused on successful Q1 event execution and subsequent content creation.
Primary Responsibilities

Video Editing & Asset Management: Edit and finalize video content generated from Q1 events and other ad-hoc team requests. Ensure all video assets meet established brand and quality standards.

Event Production Support: Act as the primary production support for the Video Team during Q1 events (both physical and virtual). This involves pre-production logistics, on-site/virtual coordination, and managing the workflow for content capture.

Organizational Management: Maintain a high level of organization for project files, media assets, and production schedules related to all Q1 events.

Ad-Hoc Team Assistance: Provide general operational and organizational support to the Video Team as required throughout the contract period.
Required Skills & Experience

Event Production Expertise: 2+ years of demonstrated experience in event production, live content coordination, or a directly related field.

Strong Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple deliverables, timelines, and complex asset libraries efficiently.

Video Editing Proficiency: Proven ability to edit video content (software proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar is expected).

Commitment to Q1 Projects: Absolute Must-Have: Ability to commit fully to a project-based workflow specifically for Q1 events and related content.
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Video Production: Understanding of lighting, sound, camera operation, and the full video production lifecycle.

Fast-Paced Environment Experience: Proven ability to thrive and maintain quality under tight deadlines and in a dynamic, high-energy work setting.
