This is a full-time general gastroenterologist position located near Yakima, Washington, involving primarily procedural work with some clinical visits. The role offers a competitive first-year salary with a shift to RVU-based compensation, benefits including loan repayment, signing bonus, and shareholder opportunities in a large multispecialty medical group. Candidates must be BE/BC and will work within a comprehensive GI team supported by a strong hospitalist program and electronic medical records system.
General Gastroenterology - 100 Miles From Yakima Consults at one hospital covered by a very strong hospitalist program (no admissions) BE/BC required First year salary range: $572,223 and $602,340 commensurate with training and experience - moves to RVU in year 2 Join four general GIs, two therapeutic GIs, one hepatologist, one motility specialist, and six APPs in practice Full-time position - 4 or 5-day schedule available Call is 1:8 when fully staffed 70% procedures and 30% clinic visits with 14-16 procedures per day GI team rotates to the outlying clinics in two areas Multispecialty clinic with more than 100 physicians and APPs EPIC EMR Position is site qualified for governmental loan repayment as well as $120,000 student loan repayment program through medical group Opportunity to become shareholder in physician-owned and governed medical group Signing bonus, up to 11 week s time off, matching 401k, up to $20,000 in relocation, life insurance, long term disability insurance offered, and more Healthcare system employs over 270 well-trained physicians and 150 advanced practice providers servicing approximately 12,000 square miles Located 2 hours from Yakima and 2 1/2 hours from Seattle H1B visa candidates encouraged to apply
