General Dentist - Fort Worth, Texas

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (3 days per week & alternating Saturdays)

Compensation: Production-based percentage (High earning potential: $150,000 - $300,000 annually depending on performance)

Support: Company-paid lab expenses

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and patient-focused General Dentist to join our team in Texas. This opportunity offers the ability to practice a wide range of general dentistry procedures with full clinical autonomy, while receiving mentorship, advanced training, and support from experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality general and cosmetic dental services including crowns, bridges, molar endo, surgical extractions, dentures, Invisalign, and implant dentistry

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with patients and staff

• Deliver patient-centered care while adhering to the highest ethical and professional standards

• Commit to continuous clinical learning and professional development

Qualifications:

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school

• Active or pending Texas dental license

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
