- Engage in a 70/30 mix of Oncology and Hematology, with support from nurse navigators and certified oncology nurses
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including radiation oncologists and surgeons, with access to full-scope imaging and infusion services
- Minimal call and excellent work-life balance with the flexibility to tailor your schedule
Schedule- Flexible scheduling options, including potential for a 4-day workweek or partial remote work
- Average patient volume of 10-15 per day with a mix of inpatient consults and outpatient visits
- Opportunities to participate in research and educational roles with Michigan Cancer Trials and local universities
- Minimal weekend and call responsibilities, ensuring a balanced lifestyle
Compensation & Benefits- Competitive base salary of $700K plus wRVUs, with a generous signing incentive
