Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients engaged in rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement effective care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about managing conditions and recovery processes.
- Must have a valid nursing license in the state of North Carolina.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience in medical-surgical or rehabilitation nursing preferred.
