We are seeking a growth-minded Optometrist to join our renown team of 3 MD's and 5 OD's, at Seidenberg & Protzko Eye Associates . We have 5 state-of-the-art offices throughout the state of Maryland (Bel Air, Chestertown, Elkton, Havre de Grace, Aberdeen). - Minimum Base Salary of $180,000 per year
- A $5,000 Signing / Relocation Bonus
- Lucrative quarterly Productivity Bonuses with a simple and highly competitive percentage of collections and very attractive credited revenue for post-op co-management and LDD for LAL patients.
- Our established physicians of all subspecialties and age demographics are averaging well above the national median compensation as reported in national surveys with some routinely exceeding the 75 th %ile compensation
- Paid CME, PTO, malpractice coverage, and outstanding benefits package including (health, vision, dental, life, etc.) and a 401(k).
