- Schedule: 7 on / 7 off (7:00 AM Äì 7:00 PM)
- Patient Volume: 12 Äì15 patients per day per physician
- Team Census: 40 Äì50 patients per day collectively
- ICU: Open ICU with 24/7 intensivist consultation
- EMR: Paragon
- No call responsibilities
- Not accepting Locums, visa candidates, or 1099 candidates
- New graduates welcome (BE accepted within 1 year of eligibility; BC required within 2 years)
Position Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive inpatient care
- Perform daily rounds, admissions, rapid responses, and codes
- Conduct histories, physicals, assessments, and documentation
- Collaborate with intensivists, specialists, and hospital staff
- Ensure high-quality, coordinated care in a non-trauma hospital setting
Benefits Details- Guaranteed base salary: $250,000 Äì $275,000
- Starting Bonus: $15,000
