At Ambitions ABA Colorado we provide in-home ABA therapy for children who need it and support for their families. We are looking for a RBT Registered Behavior Technician to join our amazing team. RBT Registered Behavior Technician Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow through with all guidance from the BCBA related to each client's treatment plan.
- Prepare for each session by having a clear understanding of session structure and gathering all necessary materials.
- Implement intervention procedures as per treatment plan and BCBA's guidance and communicate any questions, concerns and any feedback to BCBA in a timely manner.
- Interact with parents and other caregivers in a professional manner, in accordance with BACB ethical codes.
- Collect data on client's progress throughout each session, as directed by BCBA.
- Adhere to all HIPPA requirements related to client confidentiality.
