Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active State SLP License required to start the assignment (Arizona license preferred)
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience working in an acute care hospital or medical center setting preferred
- Experience evaluating and treating adult dysphagia, cognitive-communication disorders, and voice disorders preferred
