Responsibilities

• Manage financial aspects like budgeting and scheduling to ensure timely deliveries.
• Promote a collaborative and continuously improving team culture.

Skills

• Proven expertise in IT project management, with a focus on application-related projects.
• Strong ability to design and handle comprehensive project schedules and financial plans.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and effective decision-making abilities.
• Completion of a four-year degree is required.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification is advantageous.
• Proficiency in project and portfolio management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with change and risk management strategies.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, translating technical language into business terms.
