Performs diagnostic radiographic imaging and advanced procedures such as fluoroscopy and lumbar punctures according to established clinical standards. Provides patient care across all age groups, ensuring technical and safety protocols are met. Requires graduation from an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program, registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, and BLS certification.
Monday- Friday 3p-11:30p
Responsibilities:RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices. Provide patient services using imaging modalities. Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Demonstrates ability to perform advance diagnostic imaging (Fluoroscopy and Lumbar punctures). Provides more complex technical care necessary to meet identified patient needs.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Two (2) years of experience.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R).
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
BLS certified.
