- 8 - 9 hour shifts, preference for evening and weekend shifts
- 16 - 24 patients per shift, average 2.2 patients per hour
- Central line placement, lumbar puncture, moderate sedation, chest tubes
- Initial coverage with ongoing needs, 5 - 10 shifts per month typically
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
