OT Rate ON W-2: $19.50/hr.

Description:
Shift will be anywhere from 630am to 11pm with call. Hours will be filled in wherever the need is for the schedule.
Shift:
- 2X8 shifts and 2X12 shifts: 630 to 2300 with call
- Must be flexible
Must-Haves:
- 2 years in cardiac, vascular, and transplant experience
- 1 year CVOR experience
- 1 year in a Level I Trauma facility
- BLS
- EPIC Charting
