- Lead our team of 25 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers (APPs) at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center.
- Work alongside associate medical directors, clinical performance nurses, program manager & coordinator.

Qualifications:
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained physicians welcome to apply.
- Minimum of 2 years formal hospital-based leadership experience required.

Flexible Scheduling:
This role offers a balanced blend of clinical responsibilities and dedicated administrative time to support both patient care and leadership or program development efforts.

- Provide high-quality, comprehensive medical care
- Our hospital has a closed ICU during the day with 24/7 intensivist support, and we don't require procedures or codes.
- Provide clinical oversight for the team while building strong relationships with our hospital partner leadership
