Position Overview

• Location: Minneapolis, MN

• Facility: Acute Care Hospital (Level III Trauma Center)

• Start Date: March 2026

• Contract Length: Ongoing

• Credentialing: days

Schedule & Coverage

• Shifts:

  • Shifts: 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour options

• Typical schedules:

  • 6:30a 3p

  • 6:30a 5p

  • 6:30a 7p

  • 6:30a 8p

• Coverage: 36 hours per week, 2 3 weeks per month

• Optional:

  • 12-hour Saturday beeper call

  • 8-hour weeknight call

  • Occasional overnight shifts

Requirements

• Licensure: Minnesota license (open to licensing)

• Certification: NBCRNA

• Experience: Minimum 1 year (no new grads)

• Life Support: ACLS, BLS required

• DEA/CSR: Not required

Clinical Details

• Procedures: CRNAs do not perform blocks, arterial lines, epidurals, or spinals

• Patient Population: Adolescents, adults, geriatrics (12+)

• Support Model:

  • Care Team Model 4:1

  • 24-hour Anesthesia Aid Department

  • CRNAs are supervised

  • Epic EMR

  • Tertiary facility
