Cardiovascular (CVL) Tech | Travel
We are seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Lab (CVL) Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Albuquerque, NM. This opportunity is ideal for techs with strong cardiac cath lab experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Assignment Details:
- Start Date: 01/19/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Schedule: 5x8s (40 hours/week)
- Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Weekly Pay Package: $3,368
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with adult cardiac catheterization, cardiac devices, electrophysiology (EP), and/or structural heart procedures
- Perform scrubbing, circulating, monitoring, and recording duties
- Maintain accurate documentation, medication administration records, and charge capture
- Ensure procedure rooms are prepared and compliant with local, state, and federal regulations
- Assist with equipment maintenance, inventory, and lab cleanliness
- Respond to emergent situations as needed
- Floating between departments or local locations within 20 miles may be required
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of adult cath lab diagnostic and interventional experience
- Prior completion of at least one 13-week travel assignment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Required Certifications: RCIS or RCES, BLS, ACLS
- PALS required for Presbyterian Downtown assignments
Education:
- Associate’s degree in Invasive Cardiovascular Technology, Radiology, Respiratory Therapy, Paramedic, or Surgical Technology
OR - Four (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of adult cath lab, interventional, or EP experience
