At K ima:w Medical Center, a Rural Health Clinic serving the Yurok and Karuk Tribes in beautiful Northern California, we re seeking a mission-driven Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to guide our medical team and shape the future of care for the region.

This is more than a position it s a calling for a physician who wants to combine leadership, purpose, and practice in one of the most culturally rich and naturally stunning regions in the state.

• Provide leadership and oversight for all medical operations.

• Mentor and guide an exceptional team of physicians and advanced practitioners.

• Maintain a small outpatient clinical practice (Family Medicine focus).

• Collaborate with tribal leadership to strengthen and expand community health programs.

• Set the standard for compassionate, high-quality, and culturally sensitive care.

• MD or DO with active, unrestricted CA License.
  

• At least two years of leadership or management experience.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Dedication to advancing rural and tribal healthcare access.

• $180/hr + travel and lodging covered
