Health Clinic with locations in Mount Kisco and surrounding towns is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join their family medicine team. Position is outpatient, Monday-Friday. Previous experience in primary/urgent care is required. APRN will be treating acute, chronic and long-term healthcare issues among a team of providers as well as treating patients autonomously. Terrific organization, compensation and ability to build your own schedule of patients.

Responsibilities:

• Administer injections, immunizations and other medical procedures
• Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations
• Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients of all ages
• Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
• Develop and implement patient management plans
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• New York License
• Prior experience working in a FQHC preferred
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
