Position Overview:Join a mission-driven, multi-location FQHC on the east side of Sacramento offering comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. This permanent, outpatient-only role is ideal for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician looking for exceptional work-life balance and meaningful community impact.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Call: None
Weekends: None
Patient Volume: 25-27 patients per 10-hour shift
Scope: See all ages or adults only - your choice
Care Team: Collaborate with physicians, NPs, PAs, behavioral health, and dental professionals
Setting: Outpatient only Federally Qualified Health Center
EMR: Epic
