Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapists for contract assignments at a partnering outpatient clinic in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Qualifications:
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in Oklahoma
- Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- At least 1 year of recent outpatient experience
Physical Therapist Contract Details:
- $1,780 - $1,946 per week*
- 12-week contract with possibility of extension
- Outpatient Clinic setting
- Physical Therapists will provide PT treatment and patient care according to clinic guidelines.
