Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oncology/Women's Surgical RN to join our dynamic team. The unit features 24 beds with a dedicated staff of 42 professionals, providing comprehensive care in a supportive environment. The role involves working with a patient ratio of 1:4 or 1:5 and standard equipment with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to oncology and surgical patients.
- Perform medical procedures such as pelvic exams and thoracentesis as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Support patients and families through education and emotional support.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Must have a valid RN license.
- BLS certification required.
- Preferred: Chemo Certification.
