The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing various maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and pool maintenance to ensure property quality and readiness for new residents. This role requires at least three years of residential property maintenance experience, relevant certifications like CPO or boiler license (preferred), and availability for on-call emergency support every six weeks. About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Maintenance Technician
• Pay Rate: $60,320.00/Salary
• Location: Eagan/West St. Paul, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift, M-F, 8am-5pm, O/T is optional. On call every 6 weeks. The employee will need to be available for after-hour emergencies from Monday through the following Monday every six weeks. They will be called on their company cell phone.

Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Willingness to advance within the field (continuing education and certification opportunities available).
2. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
3. Working knowledge of HVAC systems.
4. Follow oral and written instructions.
5. Ability to communicate with residents, co-workers, and management.
6. Three years’ working experience in residential property management maintenance.
7. Regular, on-time attendance.
8. Valid and Current Driver's License and Proof of insurance.
9. CPO - Certified Pool Operator (Preferred).
10. Boiler license (Preferred).
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for performing various maintenance functions that are necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the property.
2. Work with the maintenance team and management to ensure the quality of work meets the standards set by the owner.
3. Perform tasks associated with electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
4. Repair and treat structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls and building exteriors.
5. Pool maintenance and testing may be applicable.
6. Make units ready for new move-ins.
