What You’ll Do:

Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans

Supervise ABA services and RBTs

Collect and review data to guide progress

Collaborate with families and care teams

Train caregivers and support generalization of skills
Requirements:

Current BCBA certification

Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
