Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-Time or Part-Time

• $80,000- $95,000/year

• Flexible hours, you choose what works best for you

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans

• Supervise ABA services and RBTs

• Collect and review data to guide progress

• Collaborate with families and care teams

• Train caregivers and support generalization of skills

Requirements:

• Current BCBA certification

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field

• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions

• Strong communication and leadership skills
