In this position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all clinical operations, developing and implementing clinical programs to enhance patient care quality, and nurturing relationships with various stakeholders. Join us at our 464-bed facility, which boasts a Level I trauma center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, maternity services, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all clinical operations
- Develop and implement clinical programs to enhance patient care quality
- Ensure compliance with protocols and practice standards
- Foster strong partnerships with hospital departments
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- On-call duties involving backup pager coverage and weekend shifts
- Experience with pediatric cases and various surgical specialties
Benefits:
- Generous compensation package with a base cash compensation of $595,000
