The position is for a board-certified cardiology physician providing inpatient care at a Level 2 Trauma facility with a schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off, including call duties. The physician will manage approximately 25-30 patient encounters per shift, perform patient admissions, and collaborate with physician assistants and nurse practitioners. The role requires proficiency in Epic EMR, a rapid call response, and licensure in Wisconsin or the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.
