Job Summary (ICU RN – Will Float to MS TELE):

- Provide direct patient care primarily in ICU and MS/TELE units, floating as needed.
- Work 3x12 or 4x12 night shifts (7PM–7AM).
- Manage patient ratios: ICU (1:1/2), MS/TELE (1:4/5).
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to critically ill and telemetry/med-surg patients.
- Adhere to hospital policies, quality, and patient safety standards including BCMA for medication administration.
- Utilize standard MS/TELE equipment and Liko lifts in most rooms.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a teaching, Level IV trauma facility.
- Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner charting system.
- Meet certification requirements: Active Arizona or compact RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
- Work every other weekend; no on-call required.
- Participate in a flex pool, requiring adaptability and willingness to float to different units as needed.
- Eligible for guaranteed 36 hours/week, with potential for up to 6 facility call-offs per 13-week contract.
- Wear navy blue scrubs; free parking provided.
- RTO and blocked scheduling require manager approval.
- Open to first-time travelers and local candidates with at least 2 years of nursing experience.
- Prefer candidates with ICU/PCU experience; strong MS/TELE experience considered.
