Work with a multidisciplinary team delivering both facility- and home-based rehab. Occupational Therapist role; full-time or per-diem; facility-based with some home health visits; location: Encompass Health facility; permanent or PRN (discuss during hiring). - Licensed OT in state of practice - Entry to mid-level experience acceptable - Current CPR/BLS - Valid driver’s license for home visits (if applicable)
